About Victor:

A motivated and enthusiastic 6th grader interested in technology, computers, coding, and the universe

Assessment:

Victor has strong math, critical thinking, communication, and reading skills. He wanted to take advance level classes and projects beyond what his current school offered

The Plan:

Victor’s mentor worked with him to bring his technology skills to the next level with specialized projects

• Focus areas including Computer Engineering, Data Science, Astronomy
• Courses selected to build advanced skills supporting those focus areas
• Projects on machine learning, artificial intelligence and the universe

Goals:

• Build strong fundamental and relevant skills for a successful career in technology
• Participate in advanced research and technology projects to apply learning
• Complement Victor’s strong analytical skills with improved soft skills
